A Better Way to Build

At Amerisips, our system is designed to eliminate the hassles typically associated with new construction. By starting with the best building material available, Structural Insulated Panels (SIPs), structures are stronger, more energy efficient, built faster and construction costs less expensive than traditional stick frame construction.

We combine the building envelope with best-of-breed interior systems and interior lifestyle products to complete the building. With every aspect of new construction under one roof—real estate, architecture, construction and interior design—Amerisips is a one-stop, hassle-free construction process.
 
SIPs panels are manufactured in a factory. According to architectural plans and shop drawings, window and door openings and electrical and plumbing chases are cut into the panels at the factory. When panels are delivered to the job site, they are ready to be assembled and a house can be “framed” in several days.

The solid core insulation has R-Values up to R-45. Energy bills for SIPs structures are 50-70% less than traditional stick frame construction.

Asips panels are manufactured in varying thicknesses, from 6” to 12”—the thicker the panel, the stronger. As a result, SIPs structures can be engineered to withstand winds up to 200 miles per hour—ideal for coastal areas. The strength of SIPs panels was thoroughly analyzed and tested on the DIY Network program Deconstruction Nation.
