A Fixed Budget
- Up front planning leads to a fixed, no-surprises budget
- Costs are no more than traditional "stick frame" construction
With all the technical benefits of Amerisips construction, budget is a practical concern. With Amerisips, owners get a stronger structure, 50-70% savings on utilities and a condensed construction timeline. Even with all the benefits, Amerisips construction is no more costly than stick frame construction.
With stick frame construction, 60% of the construction costs are allocated toward subcontractor labor and 40% toward materials. With Amerisips, the reverse is true: 40% of costs are allocated toward labor and 60% are materials costs. In the end, cost to build the shell are comparable to stick frame, but with Amerisips, the majority of the budget is spent on better, stronger, more energy-efficient materials.
In planning interior finishes, budgets can vary widely based on the owner’s preferences and selections. At Amerisips, we represent nationally-known, reputable brands for all interior systems and products in "good, better, best" price categories. We design your home to meet your budget.
Fixed Budget With the Amerisips process, all interior systems and products are selected and planned before construction begins. We are able to present the owner with a comprehensive budget prior to construction which significantly minimizes the 25-30% cost overruns typically associated with new construction. |
