At Amerisips, we have developed a better way to build. We have streamlined the entire homebuilding process to make it hassle-free for owners, even if you are building in a location removed from your primary residence.
The Amerisips Home Innovation Store is a single resource center for all aspects of the building process. We can recommend great communities to build the green home of your dreams. Then we guide customers through a home building process that is designed around the client:
Discovery
In the discovery process, our design and project management team works with clients to learn your lifestyle, taste and budget. From this discussion, we can select standard architectural plans from our library, semi-customize the plans, or create a total custom design to meet your size requirements, budget and lifestyle.
Design Agreement
The design agreement details Amerisips process, roles, responsibilities, initial budget and draw schedule. A 10% deposit toward purchases is required at agreement signing.
Sustainable Design
We work closely with clients on architectural design, home system design and interior design incorporating leading green principles.
Specifications
Our project team guides clients through every step of the selection process - from shutters to shower heads. The Amerisips Home Innovation Store is a stocking dealer for over 400 quality product manufacturers, meaning we pass along significant savings to our clients.
Materials Management
With selections complete, materials are ordered, assembled in our warehouse, placed in containers according to construction sequence and delivered to the job site. On-site containers reduce the construction timeline, labor time and costs and transportation costs.
Construction
Building panels are assembled in 7-10 days and materials are installed from the on-site containers. House framing is significantly faster, reducing labor costs.
The end result is an integrated, planned construction process that takes 90-120 days. Structures are stronger, more energy efficient and custom-designed. Most importantly, perhaps, the process is hassle free for owners. |
