Our Town Plans is a collection of high quality, pre-designed house plans inspired by America’s rich architectural heritage.  While appropriate in a variety of settings, Our Town Plans have been specifically designed for the neighborhood context, with homes that are suitable for traditional neighborhood developments, new urbanist projects and historic neighborhoods.  

The collection of homes found in Our Town Plans has been created by the design teams of Historical Concepts, an award winning architecture firm. The plans are meant to appeal to those buyers who want a new home that somehow recaptures the permanence and sense of place found in historic towns and districts throughout the country.
